Pet owners have come to terms with never leaving the house without at least one stray strand of fur on their clothes. While we cannot actually stop a dog or cat from shedding, we can help reduce the amount of loose hair, and also manage it so that it doesn’t become a problem in our homes.   1. Brush your pet often. Regular brushing is the best thing you can do to keep your home as fur-free as possible. Daily brushing helps to keep your pet’s coat healthy, softer, cleaner and less likely to shed.   2. The benefits of Flax Seed Oil

The benefits of Flax Seed Oil Flax seed oil is nature’s richest vegetable source of Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs). Omega-3 and Omega-6 in the right proportions. Omega-3 and Omega-6 EFAs are critical to total body health. These fatty acids are incorporated into cell membranes throughout the body and the balance of these fatty acids determine how the cells function. When the cell membranes are damaged, fatty acids are released. Released Omega-6 acids are a hundred times more likely to promote inflammation than are Omega-3 fatty acids. Inflammation is beneficial if a pet has an infection it needs to fight. Most pets, however, have health problems caused by too much inflammation (flea allergies, arthritis, auto-immune diseases) so they generally benefit from supplements with higher concentrations of…
