About The Honest Kitchen supplement: Pro Bloom

Blueberries and Cream Popsicles

1 packet Pro Bloom

1 cup warm water

1 cup yogurt

1 cup blueberries, washed

 

Mix Pro Bloom with water until fully dissolved, and then add blueberries and yogurt. Mix well and pour into ice cream mould or ice tray and freeze for at least 3 hours.

 

Creamy Mashed Sweet Potatoes

1 packet Pro Bloom

1 cup warm water

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes

 

Mix Pro Bloom with water until fully dissolved, and then add to mashed sweet potatoes.

 

Creamy Sutchi Fillet Broth

1 packet Pro Bloom

250ml water

250g sutchi fillet

 

Add Pro Bloom to water and bring to boil in a saucepan. Once boiling, add salmon and cook thoroughly. Use broth to hydrate The Honest Kitchen food and top with salmon.
